Half a lamb

Lamb available! One of the things I am particularly proud to offer is our home reared lamb meat. Lamb is a sheep less thab one year old. It is a, flavoursome, tender meat that cooks beautifully as a roast or stew. Ours are fed solely on grass with absolutely minimal medicines, no antibiotics, no additives in feed, nothing to artificially increase weight gain just pure hebridean water, clean air and rough grazing. This year they are gotland or gotland x. Half a lamb: 15 chops/ribs, two legs, 3 joints, flank and kidney. Meat will be professionally packaged and labelled ready for the freezer POSTAGE TO UK ONLY!
